Why you should give up on good habits once in a while

Today I went to bed with a full stomach. It is not a normal thing for me because usually, as studies suggests and as a reasonable act, I’m making sure to go to bad at least 3 hours after I finished my last meal of the day. Today I acted differently and I think you should too.

Most of our days, especially these days when we spent most of our time home - are petty similar, repetitive and fall into this same routines, which usually involves good habits that makes us feel good.

With that being said, sometime this routine when we are too disciplined can let us down.

Me myself loss a lot of weight in this all quarantine just because I wanted so bad not to be controlled by food when it is so available all the time, till I got into a point where I’m not eating at all.

The magic word or the big solution for everything is balance and that is why I think once in a while letting go, eating half of the fridge without regret, eating close to bad time or forget to brush your teeth, when not over done — can keep us sane and alive.

I hope that I will find the balance, I truly believe that those undisciplined days will make me find it faster.

You should try it too.

One thing for sure — I will sleep better with my stomach full, maybe not physically but mentally.

Our inner peace dictate a big part of our health so pay attention.
